GENERAL!
✧Do not use my art in a commercial way if you did not pay for the extra (This extra cost is half of the total cost of the type of commission you request).
As commercial use refers to:
• Using the artwork in videos
• Selling prints, etc.✧From the beginning, be clear about what you want.✧If you require commercial use it will have an extra charge to the final price of the commission.✧If you want a more elaborate background there is an extra cost depending on what you want.✧Forbidden to use my art as NFT or to pass it off as your art.✧I have the right to post the artwork on my social networks unless it is a request for commercial use and you explicitly ask me not to publish it.✧If you want the commission on a specific day we can discuss it (can increase the price)
PAYMENT!
✧Payment is upfront.✧ Payment is via Paypal, only transfers if you are from Mexico.✧I have every right to refuse your commission if I am not comfortable with it.✧No refunds unless I have not sent you the first sketch.
PROCESS!
✧After receiving the payment, the commission will begin.✧No changes will be accepted once the sketch is approved.✧You must be clear with what you are asking for and provide very clear references.✧Small extras like weapons (not too complicated of course), stuffed animals, food, etc. will have an extra cost of +$5 usd.✧If you don't want to see advances and it is a surprise don't hesitate to let me know (this may increase depending on the complexity of said object, thing, or extra in general).
